Hilliard - Plain City Loop - Flat morning ride before work. Went on some roads I have not been on in a while. • 42 mile workout
To and from work for my short commute over the next ten days • 3 mile commute

X: 23-28mph+ All-out, competitive style riding.
A: 19-23mph Fast pace with limited regrouping.
B: 16-19mph Less competitive. Brisk recreational ride.
C: 13-16mph Recreational. Consistent, but social pace.
D: 10-13mph Social pace. May include meal stop or sightseeing.
